Tape off window using a quality blue painters tape for sharp lines and clean removal. When painting window trim be sure to go with an angled paint brush to get good coverage in all corners.
After taping use a water-based clear coat on edge of tape that you are going to paint. This will seal off the tape preventing any of your paint from bleeding under giving you a nice clean edge.
